SF Double-Layer Tank, formally known as the Steel-Reinforced Fibreglass Double-Layer Tank, features an inner steel tank and an outer FRP (Fibre-Reinforced Plastic) layer with a continuous gap and leakage monitoring system. It prioritises safety, environmental compliance, longevity, and low maintenance, serving as the mainstream compliant solution for underground fuel storage at petrol stations and similar facilities.

- Dual-layer leakproof protection: Inner Q235-B steel plate (6-8mm) provides pressure resistance and durability; outer FRP layer (≥2.5mm) offers corrosion resistance and insulation, blocking soil/groundwater intrusion and electrochemical corrosion. 0.1-3.5mm gap + 24-hour monitoring enables leak detection and containment.
- Extended lifespan with minimal maintenance: Outer FRP layer isolates moisture and electrolytic corrosion, delivering ≥30-year service life (compared to 5–10 years for single-walled tanks).
